SunCarbon’s vision is to utilize forest industry by-products for the production of renewable fuels. There is a large societal drive in moving from fossil-based to renewable-based fuels, to lower the impact on the environment and to conserve natural resources. Immunovia AB was founded by scientists from the Department of Immunotechnology at Lund University and CREATE Health – A Strategic Centre for Translational Cancer Research in Lund, Sweden. Glactone Pharma has developed a pipeline of novel STAT3 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 3) inhibitors for the use in immuno-oncology and for the treatment of drug resistant cancers (including castration resistant prostate cancer). STAT3 is directly involved in tumor mediated immune suppression and in mechanisms leading to resistance to targeted therapies, making it an ideal target in combination treatments. Glactone objective is to take a candidate drug into clinical trials. Thereafter the intention is to divest the company to a larger company that can secure the further development, registration and commercialization of this novel treatment, making it available to patients, and to address large unmet medical needs.
Enjay is a cleantech company based in Malmö, Sweden, specialized in energy efficiency. The company´s first solution, Lepido, is a self-cleaning recovery coil, adapted for restaurant ventilation, enabling an end to this waste of energy. The delivered effect per converted restaurant varies from 17 to 106 kilowatts, lowering the average annual emissions of CO2 by circa 34 metric tons. Lepido is absolutely free of maintenance, making every kilowatt hour recycled a financial saving as well. Property owners worldwide can thus simultaneously save money and contribute to the climate. Enjay’s mission is to put an end to wasting energy, because the cleanest form of energy is the one never produced.

In the primary management of complex injuries of the extremities sustained under war-, disaster- or traffic-conditions, early stabilization of broken bone is of decisive importance. There are several hundreds of devices design for external stabilization but they all share a common feature e.g. inadequate mechanical characteristics and this has to be compensated for by constructing complex external configurations. This new device consists of a simplified system of only 2 ball joints and 1 connecting rod, that will provide adequate stabilization no matter of localization or complexity of the broken bones.

Elonroad is a hightech electric road concept that auto charges all types of electric vehicles when parked as well as when driving. Electric roads extend driving range and reduce the need of large and heavy batteries. The company is currently building a 1 km electric road with its technology to test and demonstrate the electric road for city buses in Lund 2020-2022. Further ongoing projects are automatic parking chargers and operation and payment solutions for charging infrastructure.

Greinon core focus in the sensors area is the motion detection for the City Lighting management system.
